Türkiye’de DASK Sigortalılık Oranı %57’de Kaldı
Türkiye’de konutların neredeyse yarısında Zorunlu Deprem Sigortası yok. Zorunlu Depren Sigortası (DASK) verilerine göre, toplam 20 milyon 32 bin konuttan yalnızca 11 milyon 491 bininde deprem sigortası var.Bu rakam, sigortalılık oranının %57 seviyesinde kaldığını gösteriyor.
Bölgelere Göre Zorunlu Deprem Sigortası Oranları
Türkiye genelinde sigortalılık oranları bölgelere göre farklılık gösteriyor.
Marmara Bölgesi: %65
Doğu Anadolu: %61
Ege ve Güneydoğu Anadolu: %57
Akdeniz: %56
İç Anadolu: %50
Karadeniz: %45
En yüksek sigortalılık oranına Marmara Bölgesi sahip olurken, Karadeniz bölgesi %45 ile en düşük seviyede kaldı.
İllere Göre DASK Sigortalılık Oranları
İl bazında bakıldığında, sigortalılık oranı en yüksek şehirler şunlar oldu:
Bolu: %91
Düzce: %90
Yalova: %85
Muğla ve Sakarya: %84
Sigortalılık oranı en düşük olan iller ise:
Gümüşhane: %30
Rize: %33
Bayburt: %35
Kırıkkale: %36
DASK’ın Ödeme Gücü ve Hasar Ödemeleri
DASK’ın toplam ödeme gücü 355 milyar TL seviyesinde bulunuyor.Bugüne kadar yapılan hasar ödemeleri ise 41 milyar TL’yi geçti. Bu ödemelerin büyük bölümü, 2023 yılında meydana gelen Kahramanmaraş merkezli depremlerden kaynaklandı.
