SPK, Anadolu Sigorta'nın Bedelsiz Sermaye Artırımını Onayladı

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK), Anadolu Anonim Türk Sigorta Şirketi AŞ'nin bedelsiz sermaye artırımına onay verdi. Bu karar, şirketin kar payından karşılanmak suretiyle sermayesini artırmasıyla gerçekleşecek.
Sermaye Artırımının Detayları
SPK'nın haftalık bülteninde yayımlanan karara göre, Anadolu Sigorta bedelsiz sermaye artırımıı onayı sonrası 500 milyon TL olan mevcut sermayesini, 1,5 milyar TL kar payından karşılamak suretiyle %300 oranında artırarak 2 milyar TL'ye çıkaracak. Bu finansal hamle, şirketin bilançosunu ve sermaye yapısını güçlendirmeyi hedefliyor.

Bedelsiz sermaye artırımları, şirketlerin nakit çıkışı yapmadan iç kaynaklarını sermayeye eklemesi anlamına geliyor.
