Tera Finansal Yatırımlar Prive Sigorta %9’luk Pay Devri Gerçekleştirdi
Tera Finansal Yatırımlar Holding A.Ş., finansal hizmetler sektöründeki büyüme stratejisi kapsamında Prive Sigorta A.Ş. sermayesinin %9’unu temsil eden payların devralınmasına ilişkin sözleşmeyi imzaladı.
10 Ekim 2024 tarihinde imzalanan Pay Alım Satım Sözleşmesi uyarınca, gerekli prosedürlerin tamamlanmasının ardından 10 Ekim 2025 tarihi itibarıyla pay devri başarıyla gerçekleştirildi.
Tera Finansal Yatırımlar Prive Sigorta %42’lik Stratejik Yatırım Planını Açıklıyor
Aynı sözleşme çerçevesinde, Tera Finansal Yatırımlar Holding’in Prive Sigorta sermayesinin %42’sini temsil eden payları devralması da planlanıyor. Bu kapsamda, Sigortacılık ve Özel Emeklilik Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu (SEDDK) başta olmak üzere ilgili yasal mercilere gerekli başvuruların kısa süre içinde yapılması hedefleniyor.
